They have a free happy hour with a DJ from 5-7 and a free night swim til 9:00 but we were told that even with that it’s first come first serve, and people who reserved cabanas and lounge chairs would be counted first even if they left so your chances of getting in for happy hour are slim to none if you come too late. The prices are pretty outrageous - a cabana for $200-$500, a day bed for $100 and a lounge chair for $80. I was very disappointed to learn that even with reserving a $20 bar chair at the rooftop pool you could not swim.
Our room was fine with a side ocean view, even though our reservation was for an ocean view. Paid for an upgrade based on comments about the other towers being old and outdated.
